Class of '33 Trail

Berlin mountain - altitude 2798' Is located about a few hundred feet in NY state, but 99% of the hike was in Massachusetts. I took "Class of '33" trail which was a gift from said class from Williams college. Sadly it appears that the people maintaining the trail are also from the class of '33 because it seems there hasn't been any maintenance for about 30 years! Lots of blow downs, underbrush and worst of all, raspberries. No view at the summit due to haze, however an individual I met at the summit informed me on a clear day Albany NY is easily visible.
