After hiking E & W Baldpate on the 29th my friend Jessica and I decided to give the Grafton notch vicinity another go and climb Baldpate again, only due to weather we opted for W baldpate only (Col was bad enough on the 29th, and it was worse today). There were no actual views on the summit except for that of East Baldpate. The final ascent was harder than the day before as the ice was much more slippery. We encountered about 10 hikers during the whole trip, considerably more than the 2 from the day before. Interestingly enough the day before as I was getting to my car I encountered some hikers intending to camp at the summit over night, On our way up today we met them coming down! Guess they survived!
